The Morning Starr is a daughter of the legendary sire The Minstril, father of Thee Desperado. She is also a TheEgyptianPrince granddaughter on her dam’s side, and carries rare blood in the female side of her pedigree as well. She, too, is of the strain of horses beloved of the biblical King Solomon.

Starr carries the wonderful personality of her father and has taken great care with raising her foals. This gentle mare is an exceptional mother.

Foals

In 1998, Starr produced Thee Epic, a bay stallion sired by Thee Desperado and now owned by Diane Lynn Kolesar.

In 1999, Starr gave birth to EA Indae Salib, a grey mare by Thee Infidel and now owned by BL Arabians.

Starr’s 2004 filly, LL S’hara Starr, has lived up to her name, claiming as ribbons at Class A shows and the 2007 Egyptian Event. A true “glamour girl” who loves to show off in the ring, she is proudly owned (and sometimes shown!) by Mary Ellen Beverly and William Mellin of Beverly Arabians.

In 2008 The Morning Starr was the last mare to foal at Arabian Acres and she waited until the Egyptian Event was in full swing before presenting Lyn with an adorable Thee Infidel colt. LL Infidels Enam has four white stockings, a white blaze and tons of personality.  This young gelding has a wonderful home in south Texas.
