2011 has been an awesome year for us here at LynLee Arabians!  As the year draws to a close and we eagerly anticipate the New Year, here are some of our favorite highlights from the past season:

A great time was had by everyone that attended the Star Republican Women’s Annual Charity, where Moonlite Sonataa’s yearling gelding (by Alixir) was the fan favorite, and also the highest earner for the charity in 2011!  We look forward to sharing Thee Candy Man’s show ring exploits in driving with Sylvia Chiappino and his new family!

Our beloved Madi Kara’s daughters shone at a recent photo shoot:

LL Omen (x Mishaal HP) pranced in front of world-known photographer Brandy Johnson, and we got so many great shots it was hard to choose a favorite.  This coming two year old filly is a wonderful tribute to her parents, and her sweet personality is very much like her dam’s.

2nd in the shoot, in her first foray before a camera ever, LL Karalily (x Pimlico RCA) blew into the arena and shocked everyone in attendance with her flashy trot and animation.

This once timid coming 4 year old has matured into a gorgeous bold young mare, with extreme tail carriage, excellent hock and knee lift at the trot, and the snort and blow one would imagine from a prized war mare.  She is proudly offered for sale, please contact us for more information on this beautiful girl.

We’re just tickled with the arrival of a chestnut filly out of our broodmare Balyanna! Sired by Thee Infidel, this little filly has a stellar pedigree!

2011 Bay Filly, Thee Asil x Mystique LL

LynLee welcomed its first foal of 2011 this week, LL Mystic Ladye, a bay Egyptian Arabian filly (Thee Asil x Mystique LL). This filly is a big foal with long legs and is a full sister to LL Rasheika, our gorgeous available chestnut filly born last year!

Congratulations to the Ringling Bros. Circus, proud new owners of LL Platinum (Mishaal HP x Madi Kara)!

After a nationwide search and a thorough evaluation, the trainer for Ringling Bros.’ White Stallions show chose LL Platinum to join the ranks of these highly trained horses! The international trainer and his vet told us the yearling colt was just the right mix of athleticism, beauty, and friendly temperament to enter their rigorous training program. A week later, we delivered him to their farm in Louisiana, and from there he traveled to the Tampa, the Circus’ winter home! Dress rehearsals for the show start in January!

LL Platinum joins the Ringling Bros’ Red Show, which performs on the East Coast.

Lynlee Arabians is proud that its fine straight Egyptian Arabian bloodlines will be represented in a show of great ability and intelligence! Special thanks to Bonnie Kenney and Warner Waite for their assistance.

We know that Platinum’s dam, Madi Kara, is looking down with pride on her last son, and we look forward to seeing him as a brilliant white stallion in the center ring soon.

Madi Kara, 1998-2010

With heavy hearts, LynLee Arabians announces the passing of one of our most exquisite broodmares, Madi Kara, as the result of a tragic accident.

By Thee Desperado and one of the youngest daughters of the famous broodmare Aliala, Madi Kara had a royal heritage and carried herself as if she knew it. A snow-white beauty, she was a wonderful mother to her foals.

We are blessed to still have two of her young fillies, the 2-year-old LL Karalilly (x Pimlico RCA) and her 2010 filly by Mishaal HP. Her yearling colt, LL Platinum (x Mishaal HP), will also help carry on his dam’s heritage.

Congratulations to Wayne and Keitha Adams on their purchase of LL Sarab!

LynLee Arabians’ beautiful 4-year-old filly LL Sarab (Pimlico RCA x Madi Kara by Thee Desperado) has been purchased by Egyptian Arabian breeders Wayne and Keitha Adams! They will breed her to the impressive German import stallion Mishaal HP for a sure-to-be-beautiful foal! We are happy that LL Sarab has found such a great home and believe the future is bright for her and her new owners, who are training her under saddle as well as planning her future as a broodmare.

One of our favorite things is to make connections with the people who choose our horses to take home. We love to see pictures, hear stories, and see the next generation that they produce appear in the show ring!  We’ll be eagerly anticipating LL Sarab’s first foal.

Our first came in March, a chestnut show filly out of our maiden mare Mystique LL and sired by Thee Asil!

2010 Chestnut Filly, Botswana x Balyanna

We were thrilled with the Easter morning arrival of a chestnut filly out of Balyanna and sired by current Egyptian Event Leading Sire Botswana, eligible for the 2011 Egyptian Event EBC competition!

Within 24 hours of our Easter filly’s arrival, Madi Kara gave us her first grey filly by the wonderful Mishaal HP!

In late April, Moonlite Sonataa delivered a bay colt by Alixir, her first by this awesome stallion.

In late may, Thee Jessenia gave us a grey filly by Thee Asil! This beautiful filly was born via embryo transfer to Frostie, an Appaloosa who is a wonderful mother to this little one.

We feel truly blessed and promise to share more pictures of these Egyptian Arabian treasures soon!
